Our services
Styled by Sam offers personal styling, luxury sourcing, and personal shopping services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees of any engagement will be agreed with you directly before work begins.

Sourcing
We source rare, sold-out, and vintage pieces through a global network of suppliers. While we draw on extensive experience and authentication knowledge, sourcing is subject to availability and market conditions, and we cannot guarantee that any specific item can be found or secured. Prices for sourced items are quoted on a per-request basis and may reflect rarity and market value. Items sourced through third-party suppliers may be subject to those suppliers’ own terms.

Authentication
We take great care to verify the authenticity of sourced pieces. Where authentication is provided, it reflects our professional assessment and that of our trusted partners.

Bookings and payment
Fees, deposits, and payment terms will be confirmed at the point of engagement. Payment is due as agreed before services commence or items are secured, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by service and will be set out in your individual agreement. Sourcing requests, once an item has been secured on your behalf, may be non-refundable given the bespoke nature of the work.

Affiliate links
Our website features affiliate links to third-party retailers. Purchases made through these links are governed entirely by the retailer’s own terms and conditions, pricing, and returns policies. We are not responsible for the products, service, or fulfilment of third-party retailers.
